in a coffee shop, a father, his son
Kirpianuscus8 September 2023
A father, his son, their meetings in a coffee shop. Difficult relation , care of father for boy and his answers to man questions, discover of terrible truth about drug addiction of boy and the last call and the painful news.

It is an admirable short film for the precious gift of empathy as result of beautiful acting. I feeled the vulnerabiity of the father, performed by Rob McGuire. As teacher, I feeled the true of reactions of Eliot , admirable defined, trait by trait, by Aaron McVeigh, from manipulation to demand of money, to the fall and the return to good form.

In short, just a great short film about fatherhood, too profound lonely teenager, divorced parents and so precious talks, through of an year and the feeling of a huge mistake.
