Good-Natured, light hearted fun

This is a small budget mini-series filmed in Northern Ireland, it follows the trials and tribulations of a group of men and women as they try to form a biker gang.

The humor is very dry, and it is a hilarious parody of shows like "Sons of Anarchy". The reviewer from Ireland above "CharlieHound" compared the show to SOA which I find a little funny, The Clandestine does it's best to show how shows like Anarchy hype a lifestyle that most likely ends with a prison sentence.

The Clandestine is good fun for any motorcyclist and while it does follow some well-established clichés, it is always done with a wink and a nod, from the jokes about Sportbike riders looking like power rangers, to the bad-a$$ biker image of cruiser and Harley guys.

If you enjoy dry humor and a bit of slapstick, have lived your life around motorcycles and understand the irony behind much of the show, than I say you should enjoy it immensely, I know I did.

In a few years from now this will be a cult classic.

I stumbled upon "Clandestine" while scavenging the depths of Youtube, and got hooked. Yes, it is cheesy, a bit dry, somehow pretentious, and doesn't sport the best production values, but therein lies its charm. It feels like a (very) low budget version of a Guy Richie film, made by blokes who love making film, motorcycles, and having fun. The length of each episode is around 7.5 minutes, and the whole season's total run-time is on par with a feature film, just the right abound to not become boring or repetitive. Trivia: One of the main characters in "Clandestine" is a notable extra in "Game Of Thrones", its the guy that frees Tyrion.

Coronation Street for Harley Riders - Utter Garbage!
CharlieHound14 February 2013
I'm suffering from hemorrhoids at the moment, the grapes of wrath. It's a terrible affliction but I'd rather put up with piles than put up with another minute of this garbage! It was looking promising for the first 2 minutes but then I realised I'd pressed play on the wrong video and I was actually watching a Cheech and Chong movie. It's good to see some home-grown stuff, and 'Grabbers' was a good example but for everything good, there's something equally bad and this is that bad. I wish I could say something good about it but the best I can manage is "It's probably not much worse than Sons of Anarchy", and if you're a SoA fan, you might enjoy this garbage too.
