Breaking Pointe, a docu-series about Salt Lake City’s Ballet West company, wrapped its six-episode first season in July. Oh Sit!, a high-pressure game show based on musical chairs, will air its freshman-season finale on Wednesday, Oct. 3.

"The X Factor" Season 2 premiere averaged 8.5 million viewers, down over 3.5 million from last year's premiere. And it turns out Simon Cowell was right to be irritated about going up against "The Voice" -- NBC's singing competition program beat Fox's singing competition program by over 3 million viewers.
Once "The Voice" was off the air, "X Factor" did fare better against the "America's Got Talent" finals, only trailing by 1.5 million. The "Agt" finals were up over 2 million viewers over the previous week, but were down 2 million viewers over the 2011 finals.
The series premiere of "Guys With Kids" lost a good bit of its lead-in, earning 6.3 million viewers.
NBC averaged 8.9 million viewers and a 5.6 rating/9 share in households, with Fox hot on its heels with 8.5 million and a 5.2/8. The rest of the field was in reruns except for the new "Big Brother," so CBS was third at 6.1 million,...
