Follows the by the numbers formule of famous actor lending his apperance and voice to a sanistized somewhat interesting topic.
They use actors / look a likes to recreate the heist and some really basic cgi to fill in some of the blanks, they go in to an inconsistant amount of detail on each aspect sometimes giving near everything away others times being extremely vague or glossing over it, probs because the actual events could not be verified or clash with confidential infomation/ trade secrets.
The 'experts' are the usual mix of cops, specialists, or rando ' pod casters' most of them are likeable and interesting to listen too, one guy tries a lil to hard to build everything up with hyper bole and enthusiasm.
As for the ' state of the art' aspect of putting pierce in the action', it didn't happen in ep 1 and if they count the pre 2k cgi as state of the art tech, then some one needs to hand them a few recent video games.
If you like these shows were a famous person talks a bit for gravitas and engagement in between the random experts you've probably never seen before. You'll like it.
