This is the Finale, so spoilers ahead.

Warning: Spoilers
This is the finale for the best TV show I have yet to see in 2016. I am extremely late to the party it seems as I have JUST seen this but it was all worth it. The show was the best Scooby incarnation in my opinion and should definitely be picked back up. So back onto the episode itself, it is just about flawless. You see Scooby in the crew in the previous episode make their way to the sarcophagus with the only real monster in the show contained inside of it. It is also the source of all the evil and I guess "hauntedness" in Crystal Cove. Now this episode contains everything you could ever want from a finale, including a buildup for a sequel show. I must say along with this final episode, there should be another show coming after, but there is none yet. So this sarcophagus containing the monster has been opened by the bird of the hour "Professor Pericles". Let me tell you, the Professor meeting his fate must have been the most satisfying for anyone that has watched the episodes prior. He is consumed by the monster that comes out of the sarcophagus and deteriorated. As the monster goes back to the gangs dimension and wrecks havoc, Mystery Inc. finds out that the Heart of the Jaguar is the team itself. Together they have power and cannot be defeated. So here is the climax where the gang has to make it to the sarcophagus and smash it to cut the source of the power to the demon, and let me tell you it could not be more satisfying. When the rest of the gang gets grabbed by the minions they pass the staff (to destroy the demons power source with) around. It finally gets thrown to Scooby and he can't reach it so he kicks it right into the power source and "Oh my god" was the expression I had here. It could not have been a more satisfying way for the final episode to end. But going on, the finale builds up another series in the final moments of the episode. Crystal Cove goes back to normal, but even MORE normal then before seeing that the place has been rid of all of its mysterious properties. The gang decides that they do not have a place here and get a call from the new Mr. E. He tells them that he has mysteries that need solving, and the gang sets off. I rate this episode a 10 because of it just being a knock out episode that filled me with emotion for the characters and hyped me up for the new series that may never exist. I am begging Warner Bros. and Cartoon Network to bring back the show though. And I hope it comes into existence at some point here.

So ends a fantastic interaction of Scooby Doo. I grew up watching this along with classic Scooby Doo and other versions too! All in all this was a great, I think this was a perfect end to the series and there is little more I can say about it!

A perfect ending

I actually won't do any spoilers with this review, but I have to say this is one freaking epic finale. The "Cringe-worthy parts" might put off some people but I feel like it makes sense and adds to the overall series. I literally cried the first time watching this finale, because it is tear-jerking. But one thing I can safely say is that after watching this finale countless times, it does it all right.

9.8/10.

Quality has not come undone

'Scooby Doo: Mystery Incorporated' "Come Undone" (2013)

Opening thoughts: 'Scooby Doo: Mystery Incorporated' for me was a great show and one of the better Scooby Doo shows, the best and most consistent of the modern ones anyhow. It has a very high number of great and more episodes and not a bad ones, even the weaker ones are still decent if uneven. Memories of my first watch of the show's final episode "Come Undone", despite being one of the episodes seen later than most of the show, are vivid and in the best of ways and after watching the whole show on first watch it for me up there with the standout episodes.

Quality does not become undone with "Come Undone". Quite the opposite. Have seen my fair share of disappointing last episodes for shows, but 'Scooby Doo: Mystery Incorporated's' finale is up there with among the better faring ones and that is not me kidding. It is an outstanding end as an ending, as an episode of the show and the franchise and as an episode for anything and rounds things off perfectly, despite me usually not being a fan of the sort of ending that is here.

Bad things: Can't fault anything to fault it really.

Good things: Everything. The animation has plenty of rich detail, colour variety and atmosphere. The music never jars, never sounds dull and has eeriness. The voice acting is spot on, as is the character writing and interaction with no exception. The writing is thought provoking and balances serious, poignant drama, intensity and amusing moments expertly.

Also love the story, which is suspenseful and full of emotional impact with nothing coming over as dull or obvious. The conflict has genuine tension, with a powerful action packed climax, and seeing the love, trust and loyalty within the gang was truly touching to watch. Things are rounded off plausibly, with nothing that makes one go "huh", and it didn't feel like there were any real loose ends. Was also very satisfied by the ending, am not usually a fan of these types of endings, which can be too much of a last resort cop out if done badly, but here it was moving and heart-warming and made sense.

Love once again how the gang interact, with it being obvious how much they care for each other, and all have come on a long way in their development. A lot goes on but it is not rushed or over loaded in my view, plus it made me excited for what was to come next (and it is certainly well worth the wait on a side note). The voice acting is spot on.

Closing thoughts: Overall, outstanding end to one of the better shows in the franchise.

10/10.
