Bizarre Fun Good Character Development
natejmckay28 April 2022
This was a campy fun episode that allowed character development to shine. Really enjoyed how they wrote the ending with Aaron Joseph's character at the end. They should almost find a way to write His character into the show where he enrolls in FBI and is plucked into their team because of his street smarts. Loved the cat and mouse chase in this one and the cop on the run had that good love to hate factor written in. The dialogue about the jello was a fun way to lift character of the new lead in the team. Did a good job of balancing dark twisted themes with lighthearted fun themes. Loved this episode.

Cop Gone Wild

Warning: Spoilers
As the cop that is in domestic violence cases and seemed to be having no issues but that she is hiding a facade.

But she was married with a husband in WITSEC and stepdaughter she did not like. Rarity with a cop and criminal married there.

But in all reality the partner that in one reviewer in aiding and abetting there it is true a federal crime and maybe loss of job. But she may had threatened his family and loved ones. And himself.

He may IMHO called the FBI to let them in on knowing she was coming for him as he was her partner. And having a cop's mind, decided to not let her get away and the FBI must had directed him to do so.

Sad that Remy's mother has Dementia and it seems he is a guy married to his job there.

Still not sold on this show's future

Warning: Spoilers
Bizarre episode title, not funny at all. Not really an original storyline either as two people agree to kill the other's target to confuse police. Calling B. S. on the scene where Agents Ortiz and Gibson finally spot their main murder suspect (at the time). Ortiz never moves THAT slow. He was behind Gibson for much of the chase, which is ridiculous. Obviously, the scene was designed to allow the killer to escape but it wasn't realistic. The element that stands out the most to me is how angry Janine was. It would have helped by revealing to us how she learned that her husband had betrayed her since he apparently kept secrets from her for a long time. Only one scene showed that perhaps the two killers were more than just friends but it wasn't enough. They just didn't appear to be really close. The actions of Janine's police partner, Justin, to help the FBI were good. In reality though, aiding Janine, knowing her gun was neutralized, may have had negative effects, in terms of federal charges and/or loss of his job. What they should have added was him telling the FBI that he decided that agents could locate and arrest Janine faster (and safer) if they were in his newer vehicle (GPS) instead of his home.

Remy's family situation is weird, in part, because he is so new. Just because Jess's family was a big part of the show doesn't mean CBS has to do the same thing with Remy. I can relate with Remy and his sister. One of my grandparents suffered from Alzheimer's and I saw it firsthand. My grandmother didn't recognize me.

IMDb has been having a hard time updating cast members on the latest episodes of many shows. The actress who portrays Janine is among those not listed at the time of this posting.
