Pretty Light Hearted

Warning: Spoilers
It is a light hearted episode. And that over in a Sci Fi convention. In which a mild mannered fan is killed off the balcony of his hotel room while on Seruim there.

As interviewing those while they are in super hero outfits there. It is interesting and funny.

Meanwhile Jenna Kay who was suspended as an CIA analyst there tries to grill Steve on Wo Fat's whereabouts. As he knows something is off and CIA only has jurisdiction over in foreign lands.

But later on Steve turns the tables over the investigation into Wo-Fat.

I really liked this episode!

Warning: Spoilers
I really liked this episode! The storyline is great. Five o finds a dead body, and first believes the ex-husband is the perpetrator. The plot twist leads into finding a professional thief who unknowingly has evidence for a murder case. The merged C I A sub-story follows the series plot line about the captain's murdered parents. The captain is introduced to his arch nemesis; An uncomfortable sit down for the captain. Who ordered the murders and what happens is unrevealed, and leaves the viewer hanging. The viewer needs to watch further episodes to find out about the captain's parents. A great plot device. I give this episode 9 out of 10.

Episode 19: ** Sidebar Should Be Main Story

Warning: Spoilers
Very disappointing episode. The sidebar story of the CIA getting involved with the story of McGarrett's parents could have been fascinating. The only good thing about this part was that at the end, you're left with a question about the McGarrett's. Things are always good when a question mark is involved.

The main story was somewhat muddled regarding the comic hero guy who takes a dive off a balcony of a building. Even the innocent victim take on the guy can't carry the episode. The real murderer is too much to take. The other suspicious people, even though they were eliminated, would have made better culprits.
