I can only presume that the 10/10 reviews are made by people involved in this film or their friends and family.

For what it is, essentially, a movie enthusiast making an elaborate home movie, I guess it is OK, but it's not something you ever want to watch, unless you're watching ironically.

If you ever watched "The Goldbergs" where Adam Goldberg would get his friends and family to star in his home video remakes of famous films... well this is what happens when one of those home videos finds it's way onto Amazon Prime.

I'm honestly surprised that the copyright holders for Knight Rider haven't gone after this.

Quantifiably the worst movie I've ever seen.

If you value your time, integrity, or ocular faculties, avoid this flick at all cost. Neither parody nor exploitation, simply a cross of elements popular to other filmmakers with more talent (and in some cases less budget), Night Driver succeeds exactly nowhere.

Pun very much intended - I actually thought about writing "a lot of love for this movie" as a summary line. Of course also mentioning that this is only valid if you count 30plus ratings as a lot. Still and while this may not represent your view or taste - that is quite a feat to achieve. And I will just assume that it is not only cast and crew that voted here.

I was going to go with a 7 - but you know what? Why not go big (I am home writing this, so there was no other option available anyway). The humor is something you have to dig - otherwise the movie will annoy you. It is a spoof and the dubbing only adds another layer to it all. I wonder if the voices of the actors were bad or if they just did it for the fun of it. To be honest my guess would be the latter.

The action and stuts are really well done. Whatever you may think of the spoofs and making fun (paying homage) to other titles (especially from the 80s, one big one being the Knight Rider - you see what they did with the title there?) ... it will be imperative. Just try to be silly, like the movie. And you will have fun - a lot of fun that is. Some love for low budget movies goes a long way too.

I would give it less stars if the rating went below one.

Not 6.1 in my opinion.... Maybe 1.6 at a pinch.

A grade . NO. B grade NO c,d,e,f,g, grade.. NO/ try something lower.

So bad it is funny. Have not seen anything like this since "attack of the killer tomatoes" ( my fav movie of all time )

Enjoy...... If you like it, good for you.

If you only get through 10 minutes and turn off... all I can say is .... ha ha ha ha..... ( made you watch )

Movie Worth Watching

This is the best movie I've watched I really enjoyed watching this with my family and ate popcorn. This storyline was straight forward and the storyline was so clear and easy to understand. The ending was great! I hope they make a sequel!! I would hoghly highly recommend this mpvie to my friends and to my family. Anyone will love this movie and will want to dive right in. Make sure you grab your popcorn and gather your family and dive right into the movie. This movie was so action packed and makes me want to watch this again and again!! You havent seen a good movie untiom youve seen this one! Don't let the name fool you, you will be surprised.

Shot-on-video hijinks

Another early shot-on-video outing for Brit action star Ara Payaia, following on from his DUBBED AND DANGEROUS trilogy. It follows a really scattershot approach with diverse elements throughout, the worst being cheesy comedy scenes of old masters training in the woods and dubbed-over for no reason given that the actors are speaking English to begin with. I get that this is a homage to old kung fu cinema, but it doesn't work. The rest is a typical low-rent action with lots of henchman-fighting scenes and skilled manoeuvres performed by the main character. Some parts of it spoof KNIGHT RIDER and I admit to liking these moments, including the cheesy CGI shots they incorporate into the narrative.

Must Watch!

I watched this with my girlfriend and she thought this was the best movie ever! She would want to watch this over again. The actors do great and the realism in the effects are just wild!! This is extremely professionally made!

Please watch this movie you will not regret making the decision to watch this movie. This movie has great scenes in it, picture quality is excellent for the time era when it was released (2005). I have always been a fan of Ara Paiaya and the movies he played in were all works of art. I could not look away from the screen or lesve the room because i was very into the movie!

I laughed a lot watching this movie.

There are a lot of bad movies on Tubi, and they're just boring and bad. This one was enjoyable at how some guy just wanted to make a movie and had probably more money for it than he should have...

swords, guns, ninjas, unnecessary dubbed lines and a knockoff Kitt car... because why not. They embraced that it's not a hollywood movie, i'd rather watch this again than pay money to see a 'good' movie.

Oh and the bad guy that modeled his accent after his memories of playing super mario brothers as a kid with adding -ah to the end of every word is fantastic...
