Angelo is the only kid at school who doesn't have a phone. He bribes his parents to give him one, but they said they'd only do it if Elena spends less time on hers.
Angelo finds out that Joe Mama the cat has been stealing items from random people and storing them under Angelo's bed. Therefore, he and his friends must return the items to where they came from.
