Rene Bitorajac once again excels under Branko Schmidt. Although he destroyed 23 tanks in the Homeland War, Dinko Cosic (Rene) does not brag about it. He is sad and resentful of the situation in the country, which is depressed and corrupt. He has been divorced for 7 years and his son does not want to talk to him. (perhaps due to alcoholism) The film brilliantly shows war heroes most of whom have PTSD. People who have not the slightest understanding and sincere support from their government and politicians. Although under the leadership of Dink they try to make a radical protest, it quickly shuts down because politicians "buy" even that little dignity of the main organizers. Dinko is once again disappointed with the whole outcome and seeing that he is helpless, he decides to shorten his life.
