Best season yet!

Wow! They really delivered! No words to describe how wonderful S3 is. My only wish is to have more seasons. Perfection!

E1 is fast paced, but has the right to the balance of humor, tension and feel-good moments. Please, please, please film more seasons. The crew behind Sanditon is so talented - it would be a shame to stop only after 3 seasons.

Alexander and Charlotte's chemistry is off the charts! The way they look at each other at the ball - that scene gave me all the feels. The Montrose family is a wonderful addition to the new season, but it also great to see familiar faces again. Leo and Augusta are just wonderful!

Wonderful Season!!!

Having binge-watched the entire season last night on PBS Passport, I can say with the deepest admiration possible that Season 3 of Sanditon was everything we hoped for and far more. The continuation of Charlotte's and Georgiana's journey as young women in this finished Jane Austen story would have made her proud. Justin Young and the co-writers have outdone themselves. Season 3 outpaced and outshined Season 2. The acting by Rose Williams and Ben Lloyd-Hughes is fantastic - gutwrenching and heartbreaking at times but also filled the eventual joy bursting at the seams at the end of the show. The chemistry between the two is off the charts. Georgiania's story arc comes to a satisfying ending. Other characters have heart-touching journeys as well in search of love that will engage your interest until the end. I will miss every cast member who poured their soul into their performances. Thanks to PBS Masterpiece and all involved for bringing an absolutely wonderful conclusion to Sanditon. It will make you laugh, smile, scream at your television screen, cause you to jump out of your seat, and leave you a sobbing emotional mess at the end. It's well worth five stars and much, much more. Bravo.

Would give it zero stars if possible

Falls flat. Which is so unfortunate because it was so incredibly done in the first season of Sanditon

This feels like a rushed, put anything together from any source imaginable. The who and how they actually write is of no consequence. As long as there is a dashing sort(the new brother) , a petulant one and then a main character that has been thoroughly gutted from prior season add on period costume and voila Austen. Doesn't work that way.

The writing is just not up to the job. Actors seem bored confused, dare I say checked out even? Nothing that really compels Fan fic has better plots and character arcs.
