A brutal fight in a biker bar leads to the death of one of the riders. It turns out he was working undercover, but somehow the others in the bar were tipped off. We are brought into Brass's past with a woman he must have known very well. Much of the plot is the lab people working through the barriers of greasy, confrontational bikers. Ultimately, it gets down to the most fundamental plot of all: the eternal triangle.

The gang of bikers Vegas Blasters is in a bar with their women drinking and fighting for fun. Out of the blues, someone calls the police that immediately arrive at the place and arrest most of the bikers since one of them was murdered inside the bar stabbed twenty-four times. Soon the police learn that the victim, Joseph Niagra, was an undercover cop and his real name is Jack Nettles. The CSIs need to process the clothing, weapons and motorcycles of the gang while Catherine and Brass interview his partner Tonya Charles, who is also undercover in the gang. She explains that they were trying to find the unknown leader of the gang, Scratch, and Joey was murdered after phone call. Ecklie and Brass go Nettles' house to communicate his death to his wife Rita, where Brass has a surprise while the CSIs proceed their investigation.
Gang of bikers usually produces good movies and series and "Hog Heaven" is no exception. The plot ha many details and surprises, like two undercover cop that changed their behaviors, and Jim Brass's affair being the cop's wife. My vote is eight.
