According to me, Hemavathi is a very good movie. Script is based on a novel written by Goruru Ramaswamy Iyengar. Uday Kumar, Srinivas Murthy, G. V. Iyer, and other actors have performed well.
Screenplay of Hemavathi is very fast, and Excellent direction from Siddalingaiah. Storytelling, narration, and songs of this film is very good. Background Music from L. Vaidyanathan is very good.
The way in which characters are developed in Hemavathi is poor. A particular community is being shown in a bad light. I cannot expand further in this review due to IMDB guidelines. Editing is good, and cinematography from Srikanth could have been handled better.
The first song, Shuddabrahma, talks about the nature of the Godhead, and in the song, Guhanalli Sodara Vaatsalya, talks about the kind nature of God. Overall, it's a good watch.
