(Non spoiler review)
The story telling and conclusion.... was quite funny and heart warming, but in some cases....I felt very disengaging, as the content is reptative. On the other hand, love you vir das for your initiative and keeping people happy.

This isn't a scripted comedy show, it's a compilation of some funny moments in Vir's improv shows for charity. So obviously, it isn't as funny as a proper set of jokes.
But it's also more than a comedy show. It's kind of like a documentary; giving insight into what the people of the world are going through in this pandemic. It's as insightful as it is funny.
If you don't wanna use your head and you just wanna just chill and laugh at some jokes (which is fair, everyone has those moods), then this isn't the right special to watch. But if you can spare some time to gain some perspective while having some fun, then this is definitely worth a watch.
Pathetic attempt at comedy

The format is boring. They show you half second cuts of the screen in between and it just doesn't work.
Vir Das is witty in spurts. He doesn't have material and banter with audience isn't really great.
Hands down one of the worst of Vir Das ever.
Ignore the bad reviews!

I don't know why some people are giving 1 or 2 star's review here, this is not a regular special it's more like improvising comedy or crowd work moment, and tbh Vir Das is brilliant doing this yes it's not that funny because he's not trying to force his comedy nor their cringe moments because of it, I don't think any Indian comic can do that! In this special he didn't had any script any written material! Everything he says, comes from his heart! It's like watching a very cool professor of yours it almost feels like that! Go on, give it a try. Vir Das shot this Netflix special with just one mic and one camera over a period of 8 months, and yet Vir Das has left me speechless!!!
Not funny

Vir Das is usually very funny but this time it was very disappointing , the concept was fine but execution was bad , jokes weren't funny, I never laughed once , I would rather suggest people to watch other stand up comedy such as from Kevan Hart , Fluffy etc over this.
Wholesome and for charity

This is unlike any standup special. It includes much more crowd work and just sharing lives of people surviving the pandemic.
It is wholesome and the end montage was really amazing and heartwarming !!
Keep going, Vir!
You killed it and you raised money for charity, that's ducking awesome :')
Worst comedy special i have watched in my life

And this comes from a huge Vir Das fan. To begin with this really isn't a stand up show as there are absolutely no jokes in it. It's just 50 minutes of boring conversation and Vir being as pretentious as a human being can be. The stupid references in the show where he keep saying stuff like day 7000 of the pandemic etc are nauseating. I literally couldn't finish the entire thing and I recently sat through Student of the year 2.
Great!!!
