Jumped Haphazardly from One Scene to Another
Uriah434 November 2016
This extremely low-budget movie essentially begins with an old gentleman by the name of "Doctor Abraham" (Arthur Collins) walking into a cemetery to pay his respects to his departed wife. The scene then shifts to a man by the name of "Samuel Wolf" (Sam Porretta) and his wife "Elizabeth" (Carolina Monnerat) who has just gotten pregnant. Not long afterward his wife is attacked and bitten by a zombie. After a time the young married couple go to see a fortune teller who tells them what the future holds in store for them. As the woman nears childbirth she becomes more ill resulting in Samuel taking her to see Dr. Abraham. Upon examining the deathly ill woman, Dr. Abraham becomes fascinated by a blood sample taken from her and not long afterward the woman dies while giving birth. Things get weird after that. Now rather than reveal any more I will just say that the director (Theodore Collatos) chose a style of presentation which jumped haphazardly from one scene to another which he may have intended to be viewed as creative but in my opinion caused the film to suffer to a large extent. At least, that is my opinion. Be that as it may, I didn't particularly care for this movie and I have rated it accordingly.
