I've lost count of all the recipes or tips this series has given me. Maeve travels the world without leaving Australia!
Each episode covers a country's cuisine, with essential tools and ingredients followed by a few recipes from a home cook or chef.
Maeve herself is affable and well spoken, clearly building a fun rapport with the guests in each episode, quite unlike some of the wooden, post MasterChef types we are bombarded with.
The follow up series' Earth, Water and Fire offer a lot more recipes (including the best satay sauce recipe) with occasional cameos from guests of this series.
Love your work Maeve. (And your tops😁)
