Suburban Zombie Christmas is actually supposed to be the trailer for a feature length film, that I'm guessing was never completed.
And, so now has taken on the guise of being a short film.
So, considering this...the plot comes as a bit disjointed.
Either way, however, the whole thing was shot (and takes place) in Bedford, Nova Scotia (on the east coast of Canada).
Shot by a dude named Michael Melski, and his friends, as a Christmas themed zombie horror.
And it seems like it may have actually been of the so bad it's good kind, if were to ever have been completed.
Because it has some cheesy one-liners, and has a bit of a cult style to it.
It may have been released under the alternate title of "'Twas The Night Of The Living Dead", but I'm not certain about that, so don't take me as an authority on it.
I really do hope this pops up in it's full form one day, because the trailer actually does make it look pretty great!
Just don't go into this expecting it to be a polished and short film...because in this format it is obviously incomplete.
Shows some great potential though!
5 out of 10.
