I cannot get over these people. The ship has just scored a major international coup. But, instead of just getting their people back & celebrating the victory, they decide to run a night mission just before the crew release. The Captain can stay up for a day & half talking to reporters but needs his snooze time during a major op. The night operation goes wrong, the Commanding Officer is not woken, the night operations team is out of contact & lost at sea & still the CO is in his rack. The 1st Officer & the Communications Officer are having pissing contest, with 1st Officer getting his feelings hurt & the rest of crew going off on their own. The Captain is still asleep. The flippant night mission crew comes back not giving a hoot that their radios weren't working. I'm a 20 year Navy vet & I cannot believe that a man who puts press conferences before the safety of his crew can be allowed to command a ship much less be considered a "legend". Animal Planet thank you for showing the world how Animal Activism should not be done. Thank you.
