Would just like to say that I at first thought Stella Maeve must be Leighton Meester's little sister. Especially in their first scenes together. As the story progresses, I saw similarities between her and Jennifer Love Hewitt in PARTY OF FIVE. Not the character, mind, those days were innocent, weren't they?

Lovely guest stars. Michelle Trachtenberg last season, now Willa Holland and Stella Maeve. I know I'm watching more than a decade late, but I'm real fortunate to still have this viewing pleasure ahead of me.

Yeah, nowadays too many vampires and superpowers. This show is wonderful!

Guerilla style fashion show

Jenny and Agnes gatecrash a gala for Lily, which has potential financial backers, in order to launch themselves into the New York fashion scene. It demonstrates how Jenny is willing to alienate her father in order to get what she wants in her career. Her father, Rufus, doesn't recognise her any more, but her brother, Dan, realises that sometimes you have to sell your soul to launch your career otherwise you will forever be a nobody. For this he respects her, but he doesn't go and do the same thing. I must admit that Jenny does look more professional with her clothes rack and new hair style. She looks like a costume designer and is saying with her new look that she deserves to be taken seriously.

Blair is her usual self when she tries to push past people in a crowd and instead of saying 'excuse me' she says 'ooh' in that Blair way.

There Might be Blood (#2.9)

The story about Blair babysitting to get into Yale was pretty funny. Them chasing after that girl so into losing her virginity was hilarious. And Blair thanking God for having the girl's mother kiss a man other than her husband was a wonderful moment, even though she didn't use it. Jenny's story was also good. She really looks like Taylor Swift I must say. The show was pretty fun but it seemed that it was for the wrong audience even though it was such a success. Nice that Lily didn't press charges, she is pretty cool. Her actions have also inspired her brother. Let's see where it will go in both cases!

There was a clue on this episode about who Gossip Girl was.

Minute 18:42 we see Dan on his computer with an open document typing in. 18:51 we see him looking at a new Gossip Girl blast on that website. It was even the same blue background. We obviously all missed that clue, didn't we? Except for that, I really liked the Jenny and Nate scenes on this episode and her fashion show. The plot with Blair and the girl that gets away was rather boring.
