The characters are having some good times and some difficult.

Hannah gives advice to Nanny Matty about why she loves her baby, about the affair with his father that died and more. Matty is bothered because she knows two secrets that can get people in trouble one is the death of Charlie Hutchinson and the other is about Ned.

Victoria St John gets dropped like a hot potato by Major Harry who has known a rich young woman only a short time, who has not even kissed her but and asked her to marry him.

Young Tom is getting sent to school against his wishes by his father Mr St John who he shot accidentally. The father seems to feel that Tom does not have strong character. Mr St John's wife Victoria does not seem to care about her husband and children and only her lover the major.

Mrs. Bronowski who took care of Hannah's baby William and then helped Hannah by burying baby Charlie without his parents knowing he died is now under arrest because they found the baby buried in her backyard when some men where working on the gardens.

Nanny Collins goes to Lord George Lamson-Scribener and sticks up for Lydia who was threaten by Lord Hugo. She wants the father to stop him. Hugo is spiteful and vindictive, he tried to get Lydia to quit and have her family the Westons kicked off their property. After Nanny Collin visit who has worked for this family many years Hugo gets reprimanded by his father for harassing Lydia who is ready to quit as their nanny. Hugo is forced to promise his father he won't go near the nursery. He later goes to harass Nanny Lydia again and Nanny Collins walks in and makes him leave with a very stern voice.

So that's it for now a couple of more episodes and the series is over.
