- Nearly every female character in the game is dressed in skimpy attire, and one woman is at one point fully naked, but nothing is explicity seen.

- Pervasive strong, graphic, bloody violence and gore throughout. Just about every enemy can be dismembered, and once that happens, the player can execute them in a brutal close up that can include decapitation, bisection, or a variety of other techniques. After virtually every fight, the battleground is littered with blood (green or red) and dismembered limbs. One of the bloodiest games out there.
