This show was hard to watch. The two owners are both chefs at the restaurant. Unfortunately, one of them could care less and does next to zero work. That one is Brian, who is about six foot six, and has a gigantic blonde melon head. He looks like the cartoon character from Jack and the Beanstalk.
Brian does very little work, and when the restaurant is busy he just stands there watching the food get cold, because he does not even ring the waitresses to pick it up. It is a very dysfunctional situation.
Even though Ramsay tries to get the restuarant up to code, after finding numerous rancid foods in the refrigerators, this place is doomed. It closed a few months after the filming. Both owners are still working in the food industry, which is kind of shocking.
