IStakeout is episode 20 of season 1 as well as episode 20 in the overall series. This episode starts off with Spencer making a birthday cake for his buddy, Socko, when the iCarly gang get a surprise visit from a detective who is on the lookout for someone who is said to be selling pirated films. This episode introduces us to one-time character Stu "Spanky" Stimbler, who according to the episode is someone who used to go to sleep away camp with and had a bit of a reputation for spanking people. The Side B plot is Sam and Freddie making a bet about what MPEG means, Sam wins the bet and makes Freddie get a tattoo of Sam's face on his arm. It turns out that tattoo is fake to make it feel like a real tattoo. Meanwhile, the gang heads down to the convenient store to find out if it was true that the storekeeper was selling pirated copies of movies, but it turns out that he sells "Pirate" movies (consisting of films he made called Aarrrgh). A great episode and one of my favorite episodes from Season 1.
