This episode of "Cursed Films" from "Shudder" focused on the tragic death of actor Vic Murrow who was killed on the set of "Twilight Zone: The Movie". Interviews given suggest that laid back and push to the max film director John Landis may be to blame. As revealed when the jungle set was built the explosions were put to close in water areas where Vic and the two children he rescued were to walk thru. Plus the wind and powerful explosion rubble caused the helicopter to crash and cut the trio to pieces. Wow things happen as mentioned by the stunt double things never go as planned. Also crazy was the working of the two under aged Asian kids and the late night filming which violated California labor laws. The production and the film director were sued only in court they were found not guilty. Interesting story that was informative as it proves tragedy happens on even a movie set.
