- Generally speaking, the violence is somewhat dated and isn't very graphic. Appropriate for mature preteens.
- The game is overall pretty tame but when you have blood turned on when you shoot people in the head there is blood on the wall behind them.
- The whole game is a first-person shooter, and over a hundred men are killed by your hands.
Profanity

- Infrequent moderate language such as sh*t, damn and its variants (e.g. goddamn), hell, and ass and its variants (e.g. a*shole)
- There's a moment which involves some one about to say the F word, but he's cut off.
- In "All Ghilled Up", the F-word is used, very easy to miss.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- In the mission "Crew Expendable", Captain Price is briefly seen smoking a cigar.
- In "Game Over", Griggs mentions a glass of beer in the intro.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- During the campaign, you can see the enemies soldiers execute civilians on the street. This sequence happens for a very short time however.

Violence & Gore
- In one scene, the player crawls around the aftermath of a nuclear explosion. Dead bodies can be found (not that graphic)
- One scene shows Captain Price "interrogating" the captured "OpFor"-militia leader Khaled Al-Asad. After listening to a phone call from Al-Asad's phone, Price executes him with a shot to the head from a handgun. A small amount of blood is visible when he is shot.
- A character's arm is severed from a sniper shot (this is shown from afar and he survives). This is the only instance of gore in the game.
- Al-Alsad shoots the Saudi Arabian president Yasir al-Fulani in the face, but this is shown from a first person perspective.
- A man shoots himself in the head, committing suicide. The act is shown in slow-motion and there is a large spray of blood.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- In one scene the player walks around the aftermath of a nuclear explosion. Dead bodies can be found. (not much is shown but may be disturbing for light hearted)
- This game was very intense, at one point an execution victim was tied to a pole and shot (brief moment).
- Nothing frightening, but two of the scenario's are rather intense. One involves the PC crawling on the ground before dying from radiation and the other in which the PC is driven around in a car as a hostage and taken to an arena-type area and executed. Note that this is a FPS so it is all seen through the eyes of the characters.
