I am not sure why this episode is rated a little lower than the rest. I think this episode is great. The element of surprise in the medical case. Alex showing he is a good guy Mama's visit is a nice part of the story. A little comic, but also a much needed closure for the Yang/Burke relationship.

I like the conversations between Meredith and Lexie. A little mean on Meredith's part, but it's believable and nicely written.

The George/Izzie-thing is still a little weird, and it has no good flow to it. It's like they desperately need to have a story for the two of them...and they really don't know what to do with it yet, they're just spinning around some ideas, waiting to see where they want to take it. And then from time to time making the characters have bold statements that will shock us, but then dragging it out, making it kinda fade out. And I find myself not caring very much.

Warning: Spoilers
This Episode begins with George, she tells to Izzie why he loves her. Meredith and Derek just had break up sex. George wants to tell Callie that their marriage is over. It gets revealed that the Kristlers family have a meth lab in their house. George has a conversation with Jane about marriage. Callie thinks that George is having an affair. Meredith wants to have no contact with her sister Lexie. Jane had a kind conversation with Cristina about Burke. Lexie is crying because Meredith doesn't want to talk with her. Nice Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 4, really great to see the tention between Meredith and her new sister Lexie. Really looking forward to more of this!
