Who Was The Sexy High School Teacher?
ccthemovieman-131 December 2008
Warning: Spoilers
Horny high school kids, crabs, violence - intended and not intended - jealousy, perverted teachers......it's all here in a tale about two teenagers who are missing. One of them is a high school basketball star and the other, his pretty girlfriend. The latter is found later, lying in a ditch, a victim of a hit-and-run. Her boyfriend isn't found until the very end of the TV episode.

There are some of the usual twists and turns, and the one at the very end is a good one.

Notes: Whoever played the high school teacher (I can't find it here on the cast listings) was a very sexy woman......The high school basketball star was said to have a scholarship to Duke. This was mentioned several times. I wonder if that was a cheap shot on the school as several of its lacrosse players were accused of rape at the time. They were found to be innocent and the charges false. CSI owes them one.

Storming episode

Warning: Spoilers
Great background music and lots of teenager hormones: which accidentally lead to an absolute bloodbath.

It's hard for a parent to watch as the parents anxiously wait for news of their teenage kids, who have all behaved fairly badly and pay an appalling price for it.

Brass is superb, again..

Warrick, who once said he knew "when whitey is lying", interviews the killer twice, and misses the signs. He confesses to Grissom that he thinks he must be slipping, but as Grissom says, it would have been hard to guess the macabre scene that greets the team at the end.

I too notice the irony of the mention of Duke - a place now forever linked in my mind with the young men who were famously and falsely accused of rape around this time..

I Suppose It Could Happen....Maybe

I always try to evaluate drama on the situation presented. So it kind of strains the limits when these kids get into such bizarre activities. A couple of them already have the world by the butt. There is a basketball star with nothing but promise and accolades, but he obviously has no control of his libido and any restrictions on his activities. There is also a high school photography teacher who is in the middle of all this

The Basketball Player, the Cheerleader and the Teacher
claudio_carvalho18 February 2023
When two high school students vanish after a basketball game, Capt. Brass interview their obnoxious parents. Ryan Lansco is a popular top player and his girlfriend Megan Cooper is a cheerleader. Brass requests Grissom to investigate the case and soon he finds Ryan's blood in his parking space. Grissom and Nick follow the trail the blood to the football field, where there is a large pool of blood. They also see a shed which door has been kicked and broken glass inside. Meanwhile, Sara interviews Megan's best friend Sheila Lathan, who has headache and is evasive in her answers. Catherine checks the phones records and learn that last call from Megan was to Sheila and the last call from Ryan was to his photography teacher Diane Kentner. Warrick interviews Diane and learns about Charlie Kellerman, who loves Megan, who loves Ryan. Hodges investigates the broken glass and informs that it is an optical glass of a professional camera. When Nick and Greg find Megan seriously wounded, she is taken to the desert Palm Hospital. They also find Ryan's van, and while processing the sleeping bag found inside the van, they find crabs louse. Now the investigators use the evidences and interview to determine what has really happened.

"Fallen Idols" is a reasonable episode of "CSI". The plot is complicated but the CSI investigators are able to find the truth. The decision to not prosecute Megan is absurd, but it is not failed by the CSI team. My vote is seven.
