Weird Place Of Mysterious Vanishings
AaronCapenBanner23 September 2014
The first true classic episode of the series is incredibly eerie and effective, with its stylish underwater photography, scary music, and bizarre subject matter, which details several accounts of vanished ships, men, and of course the now legendary Flight 19 that went missing in 1945, never to be seen or heard from again. Most strange is the inexplicable radio broadcast that greatly disturbed many of its listeners, where a mysterious caller(in a most eerily detached voice) tells the station host how the missing people are not dead, but have simply passed into a timeless void, under the command of some kind of council... Most effective episode not to be forgotten.

Warning: Spoilers
The Bermuda Triangle episode has great narration, creepy music, spooky camera shots for an interesting episode. The Bermuda Triangle location is explained; The history of missing ships and planes is divulged. Interviews from shipmates, pilots and re-enactments explains the phenomenon. How can a wing be ripped of a plane in a certain way which can not be explained and other evidence was presented. The there was a mysterious call tape. Creepy creepy creepy. There are theories of a time void, aliens etc. Does not stand out against the other episodes. Spooky and fun to watch. Six out of ten stars.

In Search Of... "The Bermuda Triangle" (1977)

Episode number four takes us to the legendary Bermuda Triangle where host Leonard Nimoy tells us that recently a group of scientists said that every missing ship/plane had a reason so there was no need for science to study them. We then hear a few cases where it seems science should investigate. For the most part this is the best in the series up to this point and we get to hear a couple very good stories. One includes a boat that comes across what appears to be a wall. We also get to hear about some of the more famous disappearances in the area. Again, the stories here are very good throughout and this makes for the episode being the best so far.

Episode: B+
