Terry goes in search of a job with a wealthy American businessman, Jefferson. A slight mix up during a phone call sets the meeting place as The Carlton Hotel, Terry's guests have expensive taste.
The writing is just wonderful, it's funny, it's sad, and you watch with an uncomfortable feeling in your stomach, poor Terry, poor Hugh. The script from John Chapman is terrific, it's so original, and so very funny.
Fred Emney is hilarious as the eccentric Lord Popham, he has some wonderful sarcastic one liners, good that he'd pop up again.
I've seen about six episodes, and this has been my favourite of the lot, 9/10.
