Tea with Auntie.
Sleepin_Dragon5 September 2021
Cleggy is trying to remember his supervisor from The Co op back in 1937, only nobody seems to have a lot of information.

It's an ok episode, it's not exactly one of the funniest, but there are some decent scenes, first off, I did laugh at the moment where Howard and Marina are almost discovered, and I really enjoyed that scene were Ivy and Nora have tea with Auntie, new venue, new laughs.

Mr Teesdale is a little creepy, Barry is getting into hot water there, he's a real barn pot. I like Nora's reminiscences about Wally, he was great.

Peter Sallis seems to have taken a real back seat in this series, sadly we don't see much of him, he's absent for the most part.

Some of the stunt doubles are a little questionable, I've not seen them so bad since Murder she wrote.

It's decent, 6/10.

The Afterthoughts of a Co-op Manager
Prismark1011 May 2020
Clegg wants to remember someone he worked with in the Co-op back in 1937. An unpleasant senior member of staff that he could not stand.

Clegg thinks Billy Pilsworth may have the answer, they both worked together. Truly of the Yard thinks he can find Billy.

Marina was once smitten with Ronald Pilsworth, he was her first love of a sorts and Billy was his father. She discovers that Ronald went to Australia to become a crocodile wrestler.

Alvin keeps getting wet after trying to jump over a stream and failing. Mr Teasdale has a plan to wear stockings over his head in order to get a cuddle.

All rather bizarre just so the cast have something to do. Much better was Ivy and Nora Batty going to Auntie Wainwright for tea. The vicar wants an eye kept on her, maybe she is making too much money.

A poignant ending as Clegg realises what happened to the staff member who he did not like.
