Apparently there was a "101 Things Removed from the Human Body" that I missed if I watched "101 More Things Removed from the Human Body". As morbid and disgusting as this one hour program was, it was equally captivating. If you could sit through "Faces of Death", then you can easily sit through this one.
I watch Discovery and Discovery Health channels all of the time because they have the most interesting programs. I couldn't help but watch this program out of morbid curiosity. I wanted to know the myriad of things that could 1.) go into the human body and 2.) subsequently be removed from the human body. Tree boughs, 3/4" drill bits, pipes, knives, & even maggots. Yes, a woman had a large maggot residing in her scalp. That was probably the single most nauseating item simply because it was still ALIVE. It is all the more entrancing knowing that the only reason Discovery would show 101 things removed from the human body is that all of the patients lived. I guess the show could have showed living and dead victims, but that would have been just a bit too much.
