Shaggy and Scooby are camp counselors at Camp Kichihaha. Naturally trouble soon finds them in the form of The Toxic Terror, a slime oozing green monster. Legend has it that the camp was built over a toxic dump. Clyde the new owner of the camp is trying to redesign it and change it from a summer camp to an adult resort center.
