Season 4 starts to assemble a strong interconnection between all the characters. It's the only episode in which we can see Julian get drunk. Randy shines as he shows his true nature and love for food as he strives for cheeseburgers albeit being homeless. Bubbles carries on to save the day and yet again prove himself being the glue which binds the gang together. A true classic of the series.

A satellite TV company is on Julian's roof, Ricky flips out on them and finds out Lahey called them. Ricky doesn't want them to call the cops so he gets on the roof and throws the satellites through their windshield. Ricky visits Lahey and takes his car. He gives the car to Julian since he has no place to live. In the trunk is a barrel of swish.
Lahey and Randy have no where to live so Randy puts on his Smokey outfit in hopes of hooking for cheeseburgers. He's picked up by Julian and brought behind the King of Donair. Lahey goes hunting for wild game to make Randy a burger.
Bubbles quits his assistant park supervisor job after Ricky blamed him for everything. Ricky tries to get Cory and Trevor to work for him but Sarah won't allow it. Ricky finds an arrow in his tire. He apologizes to Bubbles and asks him for a ride to King of Donair.
Ericka goes undercover and finds Randy trying to solicit prostitution in the front of King of Donair. Randy brings her out back and she finds Julian drunk on swish. Ricky and Bubbles arrive and Ricky notices Erika right away. She tells them Julian is out back. Ricky offers Julian the job and Randy says he wants to work.
Ricky puts Randy to work on Julian's trailer in exchange for a couple burgers. Bubbles sobers up Julian who is dancing with a dirty dog and eating pizza crust off the ground. Ricky is eating a burger Barb made him and Randy starts fighting him. Lahey sees them from a distance and fires an arrow and hits Ricky in the shoulder. Ricky shoots his gun off and they call it even.
Bubbles makes Randy a burger to diffuse the situation, but Lahey gives him a fresh blue jay burger which he eats instead. Julian gives Lahey the keys to his car and Ricky decides to show Julian the secret he's been hiding. They show Julian a field of weed that will make them rich. Ricky wants to buy an island or a country and Julian wants to buy the trailer park.
Julian and Randy hit rock bottom. Lahey gives us background on how he and Randy met, he picked him up off the street. Randy has experience as a male prostitute, so when Lahey can't provide for him, he returns to his street name, Smokey. Julian gets wasted on a barrel of swish, Bubbles explains it's nasty homemade liquor. Bubbles quits on Ricky because of everything he has to put up with, but they quickly work it out since they both care about Julian. Lahey does everything he can to make Randy a burger, even if it's a little gamey.
