Altobelli comes to Jesse's aid when a Federal Agent tries to justify his failure to stop an assassination. However, the assassin is really seeking revenge against the fed who put her away years earlier. Watch out for the face to face confrontation between Altobelli and Jesse as Street Hawk.

Sexy Ann Turkel plays a reporter. But you know that can't be true; predictably it comes across she's the main baddie. She had played a villainess in Knight Rider episode but here she has a motive to want to have Cavanagh dead. She's the best thing in this muddled episode which gets a little too convoluted. But good action in the auditorium at the end stops it from being a bore.

Interesting guest stars in this week's episode. Dennis Franz of Hill Street Blues and Marc Alaimo who with heavy makeup was Gul Dukat in Star Trek.

Industrialist Steven Cavanaugh is in the city with heavy FBI protection led by Agent Frank Menlo because of terrorist threats against Cavanaugh. Just as Cavanaugh gets out of the airport a disguised nurse shoots at him. Street Hawk goes in pursuit but Norman then inexplicably orders him to back off and the police lose the gunman.

There are several other assassination attempts but Jesse notices that they are meant to be botched. Jesse learns that Cavanaugh is not the target at all but Menlo who put away some radical terrorist cell.

It is another half baked episode. The motives of this radical group were never explored, it seems they were domestic terrorists. A celebrity reporter shows an interest in Jesse but what is a celebrity reporter doing hanging around when there is an assassination attempt happening?

Altobelli going toe to toe with the mean minded Menlo was intriguing, there was a nice plot twist but you kind of guess it was going to happen.
