We have three plot lines, two ethical and the third a mystery. First of all is the issue of a sex change. We get all the prejudices and judgements from Craig because his old college buddy doesn't fit his designs for him (of course he hasn't seen the guy in 15 years). The second has me wondering. A resident is forced to bully a family into giving permission for an autopsy. It is implied that the family has no rights and can be coerced. Is this true. Finally, it's John Doe, the victim of a near fatal gunshot wound who was miraculously saved. No one knows who he is (except me--he's Mozart!).
