Boy, Interrupted

Warning: Spoilers
I love sex and the city. This episode is about Carrie running into an old fling from high school who turns out to be "mentally ill" and living in a facility. Hence the title, Boy, Interrupted.

Miranda is starting to get serious with the black man that just moved into her building. He is a doctor for the knicks. When Miranda goes to a game just to see him she notices him talking and seems to be flirting with a cheerleader and gets jealous.

I loved this episode because it shows conflict in relationships and addresses the issue of interracial relationships. If you like sex and the city this episode is a must-see.

Mentally I'll and promotion of stigma

Warning: Spoilers
This episode uses many negative associations to people that are mentally ill. These negative terms used in the episode such as 'looney bin,' 'crazy' are the reasons why mentally ill persons are subject to stigma and discrimination. Considering the series implies modern thinking in today's society, and has such a influence on modern thought,, it would have been nice to consider using the episode to bring about a positive meaning to people that are mentally ill. ................. ........ ........ ........ ....... ............. ................................... ................... .............. ........ ........ ....... ......... ........
