This Episode begins with Billy, Mr. Kaplan tells him that he has graduated. Bulk, Skull, Goldar and Rito see Cestro appear at the park. King Mondo created a new monster named the Hydro Contaminator. The Zeo Power Rangers fight with the Cogs. The Zeo Power Rangers fight with the Hydro Contaminator. The Power Rangers defeated the Hydro Contaminator. Billy wants to go to Aquitar with Cestro. Cestro and Billy left to Aquitar. Nice Episode of Power Rangers Zeo (Season 4), really great action Episode. The Zeo Power Rangers are getting stronger. Billy left, will he come back one day? Curious to see this!
