This Episode begins with Tommy, he just met his brother David. David meets Katherine, Tanya, Rocky and Adam for the first time. Tommy and David are practicing martial arts with each other. The Cogs kidnapped David. King Mondo created a new monster named Mace Face. Tommy fights with Mace Face. Tommy tries to fins his brother David with the Arrowhead. Zeo Megazord fights with Mace Face. Tommy gives the Arrowhead to King Mondo. Nice Episode of Power Rangers Zeo (Season 4), again really great. These kind of Episodes are so nice to watch. Especially with the new storyline with David, he is Tommy his brother. Can Tommy rescue his brother in time?
