These two men, Emil Skarbeck and Kurt Lom, are bitter rivals for the vacant post of Chief of Secret Police for the Eastern European People's Republic. Both are hard-liners determined to turn their country into one vast concentration camp. Your mission, Jim, should you decide to accept it, is to eliminate both from contention, so that this third candidate, Paul Trock, who is friendly to the West, becomes the new Chief.
