Help! I'm Moving In
Hitchcoc4 February 2017
When Rhoda's apartment has a fire, she can't move back in for some time. So she moves in with Mary. Things don't go well. Their personalities are so different that it doesn't take long for them start to fall apart. There are two really funny scenes. The first is when Mary arrives late and Lou Grant has been on the elevator and has come up with a really great idea. Just as he's about to pitch it to the staff, there's a call for Mary from Rhoda. He does a slow burn as he tries to remember what he was going to tell them. The other is when Rhoda is trying to watch Mary's little TV under the covers and there is a W.C. Fields movie on. Also, the final thirty seconds are terrific.

Fire damage
Rrrobert12 August 2019
Fun episode. Mary insists Rhoda stay with her while fire damage in Rhoda's apartment is repaired. Predictably, they clash over their differing approaches to bedtimes and tidiness.

My favourite scene has Lou order an impromptu meeting about his great idea. His concentration is broken by Rhoda's call (and Ted's useless prompts). Mary's acting is great in this bit.

Now we know Phyllis is building manager she can be openly slow to act and hostile to the fire victim who has given her work. Nice final joke though.

The list of "all cast" is missing Nancy Walker, Who plays Ida Morgenstern (Rhoda's mother).
