To celebrate Jefferson's wedding anniversary, Al and the NO MA'AM guys take him to The Jiggly Room despite Marcy's orders for her husband to stay home and be waiting for her when she gets back from work at 7 o'clock.
Drunk, and with little time left to find Marcy a gift, Al suggests that Jefferson gets a tattoo of Marcy's name. They find a drunken tattoo artist in the strip club, who mistakenly tattoos 'I love Mary' on Jefferson's behind.
The really funny stuff happens when Jefferson is back home and has to avoid sitting down because of the pain; he also has to delay having sex with Marcy until he can sneak out of the house and have the tattooist add the missing 'C'.
The final gag is something of a let down, not nearly as funny as all that has gone before, but overall this is a pretty good episode.
