This show should be judged by the standards of 1960, not by today's views. This was the first of what became a parade of PI/cop shows set in Hawaii. The majority were successful and filmed in Hawaii. This series was filmed on sets in SoCal so lacked the atmosphere of the islands. This episode is typical of the series. Visitors show up and are in a partying mood. One of the women, Mary Moore (Nancy Gates) has inherited an island. A local lawyer, (Don Dubbins) has been set up to marry her to control the money while the island's caretaker has his own agenda. The caretaker kills a relative in a bar, so you know he is bad. Mary and the lawyer do marry and he really loves her. Tracy and Tom get the caretaker and it all ends well.

The cast is good. Dubbins and Gates were veterans in about everything back then. The plot is straight forward with the standard good vs evil theme. Saving tourists and innocents was a recurring theme on this show. TV is still in its infancy and this show was a nice addition at the time. With one exception, it is all good. That exception is the theme song - it is hideous.
