Well done chiller tells the compelling story of a young man (SEAN MICHAEL DOHERTY) who decides to buy a nightclub that went out of business several years before. He soon learns that the Lake Club was once the scene of a gruesome suicide and is now being haunted by a former owner who wants people to stay off his property.
It's skillful at building suspense with some good special effects for the scenes where the hauntings get more intense.
With the help of a few priests, the mean-spirited "ghost" is finally made to leave the premises.
The acting is uniformly fine and this is definitely one of the better entries in this series.
