The Pope is in town and Sophia wants to get closer to him to get him to go to a hospital and bless her sick friend.She ends up getting his ring but it is not him who comes to pick it up. Still the pope goes to her friend. And Blanche gives Rose for her birthday a detective to spy on Miles who Blanche thinks is cheating. Turns out he isn't but the spy finds out that he has to go to the hospital. Turns out it is just for a cosmetic surgery.
Not a bad episode. Some repeated jokes such as mixing up the patient in the hospital. But lots of good moments as well,just like the "the smoke will blow your way" joke.
