What a mess! Only the French could love a farce such as this episode turned out to be. A patriotic Frenchman and his lover are planning to rob an armored car, and make off with the dough. There are so many allusions to better attempted heist films that the writers should have been given more time to re-think their efforts. Nannette Fabray has more lovers than Peter O' Toole in "What's New Pussycat", which also featured a Petit Prix race. You really need a score card to figure out who's double-crossing who, with a talented cast trying to do justice to mediocre material. There are hints of "Wacky Races", and you can almost imagine Dick Dastardly planning the heist. The ending is so silly, that it leaves you wondering just what was it you watched? Unfortunately, repeated viewings still don't make sense.
