A Visit from Uncle Arnold

Mrs. Muir's (Hope Lange) Uncle Arnold (Jack Gilford) pays the family a visit at Gull Cottage. Young Candy (Kellie Flanagan) and Jonathan (Harlen Carraher) are captivated by the good- hearted-man's humor and magic tricks and want him to perform at Candy's birthday party. His stale, repetitive jokes soon grow old, however. When Uncle Arnold's feelings are hurt, Captain Gregg (Edward Mulhare) has a heart-to-heart with Jonathan.
