Frasier has collected every tape of his 2000 shows but realizes one day that one of the tapes has been tampered with. It was actually destroyed by Daphne. This leads to deep depression and despair. He goes on the air and asks if there is anyone who taped that particular show. Crackpots abound. Eventually, he finds his way to an obsessed man played by Adam Arkin. Well done.

The 2000th episode of Frasier's radio show, and the 200th episode of the sitcom itself.

It's a longer episode because of this, but ends up being a good one indeed.

We get Bulldog back, albeit briefly, and it's a shame that having almost risen to being a regular, the character got fazed back and back in terms of screen time, before disappearing completely. A great shame indeed.

There are lots of nice moments in this episode, it's a really good example of the show on good form (albeit in no way matching the standard of series 1-7), with the Frasier/Niles dynamic being given ample opportunity to shine.

A nice episode overall.
