Lucy's story in this episode about having lost a body was a pretty great one. It was just too funny with her going through the hospital looking for a dead man. This character is pretty good. And finally her not being able to IV comes out. So now Carter is teaching her a lesson about it being about patients.

Dr Corday now becoming an intern was pretty good. I wonder how long they will go on with it. I am pretty sure she will get saved somehow and be a doctor again.

And dr. Weaver is still competing for the position. I think soon they will shock us that her good interview wasn't good enough. Too bad they didn't show it to us.

This season is destroyed by Clooney's overhyping. I still need to shake my head to know I wasn't dreaming Ross's nomination. It's the most bogus and unrealistic writing decision ever. And seeing him prancing around the ER, in jeans and t-shirt, was the peaking point of that. Fortunately, new seasons mean new additions. Kellie Martin's Lucy is one of those new compelling ER characters, that give me a break from the headache some veterans give me. But I need to remind myself it isn't Sarah Michelle Gellar, every time she starts talking. I like how Carter became the student lounge's supervisor, it's different, and I can't wait to rewatch that Halloween episode, where they throw burning couches. It's one of the first ER episodes I caught on TV, and this scene got stuck in my head somehow... Del Amico's departure was mentioned during the premiere, but why did the actress left? And what is Jorja Fox still doing here? Mark's goatee freaks me out, and Jeanie became such a wallflower and advocate to the most desperate cases, she's become my least favorite character, after Ross and Hathaway. Benton's son hearing problem, is an interesting storyline, and I can't wait for Elizabeth to get the respect she deserves. At least for now. I like season 5, it's an ok year for the show, with a soft revamp feel throughout the first couple of episodes, but the Clooney craze hype machine is on overdrive there.
