Poor Sam/Poor Normle
Hitchcoc20 August 2019
This episode centers around the donation of a baseball uniform shirt worn by Sam Malone to public television. Sam is a bit of an aficionado of such television, being a fan of Bert and Ernie. He goes through incredible ups and downs as the Boston viewers turn down a chance to purchase the jersey. There are some funny lines but at times it goes on. What is better is Norm's attempts to get a job from a dairy farmer couple whom Norm describe as dead people without the rouge.

Take My Shirt... Please? (#4.13)

Warning: Spoilers
Diane volunteers for a charity auction on TV and Sam donates his old Jersey. As nobody wants to be on it Diane does a bet. Sam finds out and wants it to go back. Then he loses his nerves and buys the Jersey. Then he gives it back. He catches people from the bar collecting money to place a bet. And then somebody else makes a bet so he invites them over to the bar to sign it, but turns out the guy isn't even a baseball fan and was just tired to see it on TV.

Yes, one sure feels bad for Sam in this one. Although, should one? So many people cared for him to place the bet just to make him feel better (Diane, Carla, Woody etc), this is even better than fans from an ended career.

Norms' interview was an amusing addition to the show as well.

If Sam Malone was a good pitcher why would not someone bid on his jersey? It's not even funny even for the humor,I love the show so far and this is the worst episode yet.
