Sam, at this time, tries to make time with a young woman who is only attracted to overweight men. Eventually there is great scene when Frasier and Lilith try to get Frederick into a posh private preschool.

Lilith's favorite lab rat Whitey dies and she is very upset. Frasier tries to make her feel better and they go to a restaurant after Cheers, only he sees the dead rat in her purse and throws it out. She gets very upset and the two don't talk except for at the interview for Frederick's private school admission that due to their fighting doesn't seem to have gone too good.
Great story. Nice to see Lilith grieving for Whitey, I would too, rats are wonderful living beings and it is obvious one can feel for them! Frasier sure went a bit overhead so soon. But it was so funny. Frasier is a hilarious character and in this episode he showed it to us many times. The fight of the two during the private school interview was just too funny. I want more of them!
